Terms and Conditions:- Self-Collection and Returns: Areli Designs Showroom, 1100 Lower Delta Road #02-04C EPL Building.
- Rental period of 1 week is inclusive of the day of collection and return.
- Third Party Standard Delivery fee of $15 applies per trip.
- A security deposit of $100 is required for all packages, refundable upon return of the rented items in good condition.
- Please return all rental items in their original packaging, eg. boxes/bubble wrap. Missing or badly damaged packaging will incur a one-time charge of $10.
- Any damages or loss of items during the rental period are chargeable at full retail value. This charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Extensions after agreed rental period will incur a daily charge of $30 and one a case-by-case basis depending on next client's rental package.
- No refund for cancellations 1-5 days before rental start date. 50% refund for cancellations 6-10 days before rental start date. Full refund for cancellations more than 11 days before rental start date.
- The client assumes all responsibility and liability caused by any injury or damages caused to any person and property sustained from any item leased to them from Areli Designs. The client further agrees to indemnify Areli Designs in any legal action arising out of any injury or damage allegedly caused by any item leased by Areli Designs, including but not limited to the cost of any attorney's fees and court costs associated with any litigation in defence of any said litigation.
- The client shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications, or improvements to the equipment and shall use it only for the purpose and in the manner for which it was intended by Areli Designs. The client may not permit the equipment to be used by another party or at a different location without the express written consent of Areli Designs.
- By making payment and providing the information needed to process the order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms and conditions contained in the Rental Information above.
